A beautiful beachfront home with perfectly dimmable Lutron recessed LED lighting fixtures, 95% of the home is using Lutron HomeWorks lighting control, several Lutron motorized shades including one inside the walk-in shower. A Control4 system with distributed audio and video for all 12 TV locations and 17 audio zones using a combination of fiber and copper structured and electrical wiring. Some unique options are the operation of the vehicular gate, electronic control of the walk-in gate, pool controls, fire pit controls, and custom favorite programming all easily controlled from one of seven touch panels.

This residence inside of a multi-family high rise is located in the heart of Buckhead Atlanta. The home features floor to ceiling windows that span entire rooms offering amazing views of the city. As you can imagine these beautiful windows can also allow an abundance of sunlight inside the home which is why we installed nearly over 20 Lutron motorized shading units creating complete control over the lighting, privacy, and open views. The Lutron Homeworks software allows the user easy operation of the motorized shades including a best in class app as well as simply room remote controls.

Taking full advantage of the beautiful outdoor spaces a robust landscape audio system is in place for multi-space enjoyment in addition to a unique pavilion that houses a recessed TV display.
